Welcome to Week 6 of Your Mobility Plan!

We know you’ve been hard at work completing your weekly learn, move, and change missions. While we’re not introducing any new balance and training sessions in week 6, we encourage you to revisit some sessions from prior weeks that you found to be most challenging to complete. You can find your previously completed session videos by navigating to the Previous tab in the LivWatch app.

Over the course of the beta program, participants like yourself have shared such helpful tips on how we might best support their journey toward improved mobility. So this week, our team has compiled a list of helpful articles in hopes of leaving you with some additional fodder as the Beta program begins to wind down.
